Out for a long marathon distance cross country run across the Gower peninsula I had a jog with some cows and a sheep (that thought she was a cow?), found a placenta and a new born foal, and didn’t get very lost. Also, my brother, Nick, compares running in Wales to running in the United Arab Emirates.
