It’s been a funny lockdown week. The weather got good, so everyone went outside and we’ve been trying to avoid them.
Doing stuff, and keeping ourselves amused. Now we’re allowed back in the sea we’re making the most of it, while keeping our distance from other people.
Flexible working hours and being allowed back out to explore our local area gives the opportunity for a little variety on top of the running and at-home-strength-training. Woot!
We’re allowed to do some more activities in our local area. A step towards normal?
Doing stuff we’ve been putting off doing to try to get a sense of achievement from something. Anything.

Day 48 of lockdown. Ish.
I miss the sea so we’re going for an appropriately social distanced family ride just to see the sea. And smell the sea. If it smells sea-ey today.
Also, a little virtual reality stuff and thoughts.
Mountain biking locally every other day in a sunny spring is great.
The kids like to be stuck indoors during this lockdown, so it’s even harder getting them out than usual. Annabel loves her mountain bike though so maybe now is the time to start practising some trail skills?
