Just another 10 seconds

The measurements say that I’m faster, more efficient, lighter, stronger and have greater stamina than 8 weeks ago. So I should be able to race 10 seconds per mile faster, right? Maybe. If I can get my legs fresh for Sunday I could have a really good race.
The course is pretty flat (very flat by Welsh standards): Gmaps’ Tewkesbury half-marathon route. The times don’t look very fast though. I guess I’ll soon find out why. Maybe the previous course (they’ve changed it this year) was slower.
