The sun is out so we’re visiting spots on the Gower to climb as much as we can. The run taper for the Cotswold Way Challenge 100km isn’t going to plan.
Wire attack
Something unpleasant is happening on my regular paths. But let’s not dwell on that and get another long run in before the Cotswold Way Challenge 100km run at the end of this month! And get in the sea because it is hot!
4 weeks to go
It’s June – not long until the Cotswold Way Challenge 100km run!
I’m raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by running 100km from Bath to Cheltenham. You can sponsor me here:

Snowdonia mountain ultrarunning & not so ultra climbing
We got away to North Wales for a long weekend in Snowdonia, in the Ogwen Valley. I was after a bit of mountain running and we all wanted some chilled rock climbing.
Kim’s fingers
Family rock climbing but Kim’s been knackering her fingers and Annabel’s struggling with her head for heights.
Sunny runny on the Gower
Ultrarunning in the sunning! An update on my training for ultramarathons in 2018 on a shockingly awesome day for running on the Gower coast. Sun, calm seas, high tides – after a long winter it’s the best.
