More ultra marathon training. I’ve trained for various sporting things for decades and performed fairly well. I’ve learnt a lot, but there’s one rule I start with every day. Wow, I didn’t mean for that to sound like clickbait. The rule is essentially, turn up, and if you feel like crap then go home. But there’s more to it than that so watch the video.
