Windy Boiler Slab rock climbing (Gower)
We nipped out for another visit to a local Gower crag to get the kids on some easy routes, which they loved. I rather enjoyed myself too, despite the chilly wind on the belay.

I try to run this race every year, and this year I was testing myself, my legs and my hips to see if everything works.

Pwlldu and Caswell Walking
Last weekend we went back to Pwlldu Bay and found some dolphins (or porpoise), and some more great views. We followed the coast path eastwards to Caswell and up into Bishopstone woods.

Half-term holidays

Llanmadoc Hill Walking
