Rubbish. My NTL broadband connection has been down since Saturday, and unlike the service status website says, the problem has not been resolved. Other NTL broadband users in Cardiff are having the same problems. You can still see this website, but I can’t get internet access from outside. I rang once, but after being on hold for an hour (yes, literally one hour) and then speaking to a really unhelpful tech I’m not ringing again. I’ll send them a request for compensation by snail mail, I guess.
It’s a very good job I’m not working on a website this week.
