    I’ve got a good pile of shoes developing at work too with the addition of some light flats (the red ones). I didn’t notice the detail text on the heel until last night. Show your opposition a clean pair of heels, eh?

    I’ve said it before, but is there anything better than new shoes? Annabel got her first pair of proper walking shoes (and I got new running shoes). When your mileage goes up you really start getting through shoes. I need to buy another couple of pairs too.

    Is a grande latte the ideal recovery drink post-gym? It has caffeine, sugar & protein. It also has a fair bit of fat, and probably not enough of the other bits, so maybe not. It helps me think during my first meetings of the day though!
