www.m4sport.co.uk went live a bit later than just m4sport.co.uk, so nothing to worry about there. It has been getting a few hits too, and lots of good comments. So that’s a nice confidence boost! I start work on another website this weekend, and hopefully I’ll get some more interest over the next couple of weeks…

I’ve finished Bob’s website, bar the shouting. Once the DNS servers have been updated I’ll add links and adverts to the Jif and Tri websites. The address will be www.m4sport.co.uk. He likes it!

Spot the difference: I was having an excellent run. I’ve been doing too much work, so had been looking forward to stretching my legs, and the air was good: clean and fresh. Results
The Pembroke Tri results are out on www.the-multisport.org. I’m 254th, finishing in 2 hours 36 mins 7 secs. It looks as though all the Cardiff triathletes who know what they’re doing are ahead of me, but of the “novices” I seem to be the fastest. Happy with that! I guess for Bala I’ll be aiming…
