    I had a crap swim today. I’m still getting over this cold I guess, as I was struggling after 200m and got a right headache. Wierd lethargy. On the way home I started spotting adverts on roundabouts. Not nice, interesting billboards, but poxy, little, rectangular notices, advertising things like conservatories and paving.     Check out the size of Jack’s teddies! Back to work today. Jack’s a bit better, so he should be good to go back to Cheltenham for his first bonfire party and fireworks. I wonder how he’ll take all that.
