I actually went climbing indoors last night. Its too dark too early to get outside in the evenings. I had to update my subscription fees 🙁 So I’d better go regularly this winter 🙂

The day job. I want to find out whether my transplanted cells are making type II collagen, so I’m doing a 2-day experiment to find out. Today: fixing, washing, digesting and labelling tissue sections on slides with a type I collagen antibody.
